Dr. Carlo Galli has been serving Boerne and the Hill Country since 2001.

Dr. Carlo Galli graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1996.  Palmer College of Chiropractic was founded by the Discoverer of Chiropractic, D.D. Palmer, in 1897.   Palmer College is the leader and the largest chiropractic college in the profession.  He earned his undergraduate studies at Shasta College and graduated in 1992.  Dr. Galli specializes in many techniques from the aggressive Gonstead technique to the most gentle Palmer Diversified, Activator, and Thompson Drop. He recognizes every person responds and requires different techniques and methods to correct subluxations and restore optimal health.   

Dr. Galli has a no nonsense approach to helping his patients.  His mission is to educate others of the body's innate intelligence to maintain a state of health and well being with proper chiropractic care.  God gave us a body that is dynamic and self-healing and we should treat it as such.  By combining a range of chiropractic technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, spinal decompression, and offering the highest quality whole food supplements on the market today, Dr. Galli is able to help patients achieve better health.

Dr. Galli married Teresa, who grew up on a small farm and ranch outside of Lubborck, Texas.  Prior to establishing his practice, in Boerne in 2001, Dr. Galli worked for one of largest Chiropractic practices in California.  After 4 years, he and his wife decided to move back to Texas to establish Galli Family Chiropractic and start a family.  They now have three beautiful children Cassidy 7, Kelsey, and Bryce 1, and an extended family with their patients.
