I went to Galli Family Chiropractic when I fell and hurt my back. I was in so much pain that a friend of mine referred me to Dr Galli as she had a disc injury that he successfully treated for her non-surgically. I was more than impressed with Dr Galli and his whole staff! They were all so friendly and treated their patients like extended family! Dr Galli could tell I had a disc injury just from consulting with me. An X-ray confirmed that I had a compression fracture at L1 and bulging disc at L4 and L5. After talking to Dr Galli, who spent much time explaining and answering my questions, his knowledge and confidence from his own experiences, made me want to start treatment immediately. Dr Galli introduced me to the spinal decompression table. It was very painful at first, but through the compassion and care that Dr Galli and his staff provided, I was able to push through and now after 12 treatment sessions, I am able to get back to all my daily activities of life...without any type of surgery!! I can’t thank Dr Galli, his wife Teresa, and his staff, Lori, Richla, and Heidi enough for giving me back my life without pain!!

Very efficient and well run clinic. I usually get in and out within 15 - 20 minutes. I can also make same day appointments. Can’t say enough about Dr. Galli. He is very well educated and treats his patients like friends. I like how he distracts me while adjusting me, that way I don’t tense up. The staff is incredible! They are very friendly and work well together. I have never had any issues with appointments, billing, or time management with them. I would highly recommend Dr. Galli to my friends if you need a well respected, ethical chiropractor. He has helped me tremendously.

Dr Galli has been able to offer me some real relief. I have been a patient for some time. I was most impressed when he sent me to see a noted neurosurgeon in San Antonio for a major issue in my neck. Before the doctor would do surgery he refereed me back to Dr Galli to continue my treatment. After I eventually had the surgery he had me continue my treatments to help the healing process. I figured if one of the top neurosurgeons in south Texas trusted Dr Galli so could I. He has never let me down. While on vacation in Fredericksburg, I had a flare up with my neck and traps. I tried to get into some chiropractors in Fredericksburg but they only accept existing patients on Fridays because they require x-rays, etc. I was frustrated about this until I visited Galli Family Chiropractic in Boerne. Everyone in the office is kind and caring. They worked me in and took great care of me. My only disappointment in is that I don’t live close by, if I did, I would be a reoccurring patient. I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. I also appreciated that they explained the treatment. If you are in the area and need chiropractic care, I highly recommend Dr. Galli. Worth the drive!

Dr Galli, incredible. Entire staff is amazing. Went in with acute back pain a few times this last year, he fixed me right up. Highly recommend!
