Dr. Carlo Galli has been serving Boerne and the Hill Country since 2001.

Dr. Carlo Galli graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1996. Palmer College of Chiropractic was founded by the Discoverer of Chiropractic, D.D. Palmer, in 1895. Palmer College is the leader and the largest chiropractic college in the profession. He earned his undergraduate studies at Shasta College and graduated in 1992. Dr. Galli specializes in many techniques from the Gonstead technique, to Palmer, Diversified, and the gentler techniques of Activator, Impulse, Thompson Drop, and Spinal Decompression Therapy. He recognizes every person responds and requires different techniques and methods to correct subluxations and restore optimal health.

Dr. Galli is passionate when it comes to restoring the health and vitality of his patients. His mission is to educate others about the body's innate intelligence to maintain a state of health and well well-being with proper diet, exercise, and the removal of nerve interference utilizing chiropractic care. God gave us a body that is dynamic and self-healing and we should treat it as such. By combining a range of chiropractic techniques, state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures, spinal decompression, and offering the highest quality whole food supplements on the market today, Dr. Galli is able to help patients achieve better health.

Dr. Galli married Teresa in 1996, who was raised on a cotton farm outside of Lubbock, Texas. Prior to establishing his practice, in Boerne in 2001, Dr. Galli worked for one of the largest Chiropractic practices in California. In 2000 led by God's hand Dr. Galli, Teresa, and first child Cassidy at two weeks old moved to Boerne and opened Galli Family Chiropractic in May of 2001. Since then we have been very blessed by God, the Boerne residents, and our wonderful patients. They now have three beautiful children Cassidy 18, Kelsey 15, and Bryce 12, and an extended family with their patients.

Once you become a patient at Galli Family Chiropractic you are family! Our staff is very warm, friendly, caring, and helpful. We like that small town atmosphere and we bring it into our office as well. He loves Jesus Christ his Lord and savior and getting to know him by spending time in the word, being entrusted with the care and well-being of patients, spending time with his family, racquetball, snow skiing, baseball, basketball, and cars. He appreciates the fragile gift of life and helping his patients live and experience it to the fullest.
